Can't say enough about the lengths the team at the Courtyard and Residence Inn Chico (sister hotels located right next door to each other, sharing a parking lot) did for us.
This was an on-off-on again-off again-on again (etc. etc.) shoot, and the management team at the were just amazing - so patient, helpful, and proactive. Ultimately the stay for the crew was resurrected SAME DAY - and despite being sold out they figured it all out for us.
Being next door to the Residence Inn is a massive bonus, since teams can split easily if necessary.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
The only reason this isn't 5s across the board is the standard Courtyard-brand items: rooms aren't set up for extended stay, and of course breakfast doesn't come standard. But that's a brand-standard, not a property-specific issue.
