As you would expect of a trendy South Beach hotel, it can be expensive, with little included in the rate. Parking is valet only, with no space for large production vehicles. Breakfast is very expensive. Meeting space is not ground floor, and is expensive. Guest room alternatives aren't great, since property will not remove any furniture. Cancellation policies are stringent.
