    Neighborhood is great with restaurants, bars and venues within walking distance. Staff is attentive, responsive and accommodating. Decent sized rooms. For the location, the rates are pretty decent.
    Some wear and tear in the guest rooms that should be addressed. Meeting space for gear is on 2nd floor.
