Great, central location. All suites are two rooms, which is nice. Breakfast buffet is very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hotel is newly renovated. Rate is decent for a downtown property that includes breakfast and wifi. Several options for meeting space, although not on the ground floor. Convenient coin-op laundry onsite.
Parking is pricey, at $59 but not shocking for location. No ground floor meeting space or guest rooms.
